Returns, & Cancellation, Warranty and Exchanges
 Please read and acknowledge our warranty and return policy.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON E-LIQUID.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS OR CARTOMIZERS
EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGNAL PART IS RETURNED TO US AND EVALUATED.
SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO I•con Global Vape.
THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 30 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON ARRIVAL. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST THE PRODUCT OR NOT.
For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, Please contact us via our customer service department to help find a solution.
Any products not sold by i•con Global Vape, will be determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse, will be sent back without exchange.
Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse, modified or repaired by anyone other than i•con Global Vape, are not eligible for exchange.
Please notify your vape specialist to initiate a request if you feel you have a defective product. Instructions will be provided after a request is initiated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tanks
Used Cartomizers and Tanks have no warranty and all purchases are final.

Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure
We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to assist you resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a similar product of equal or greater value, or provide a refund at our discretion.
E-Liquid Policy
Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for all e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. i•con Global Vape makes no representations or claims about safety or health benefits associated with products. You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from I•con Global Vape. i•con Global Vape, LLC will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased.
Products sold by i•con Global Vape, LLC have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease.
